The order delivery time consists of two main components:
- Order Cutoff Time: (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
- Estimated Delivery Dates: These take into account various factors such as the destination address and the time required to prepare your items for shipment. During peak seasons or promotional sales, delivery times may be slightly extended.
Free Shipping
Orders over $199 ship for free.
Orders under $199 will incur a shipping fee of $7.99.

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Postal Service, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Shipment Confirmation
It may take 5–7 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and you still haven’t received an update, please contact us at dentalreads.com@gmail.com.

Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimated and begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Delays can occur due to incorrect address information, customs procedures, or other unforeseen reasons.
Item Not Received
If the tracking status shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to locate your package. If the issue persists, please email us at dentalreads.com@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Important
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize the information is incorrect after placing the order, please contact us immediately. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot process a refund until the product is returned to us.
